How to book a room?

Booking payment

Payment will be automatically debited 5 days before your arrival from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

In case of payment failure, an email will be sent to you to update your bank details.

Cancellation

L’annulation de votre réservation est possible sans aucun frais jusqu’à 5 jours avant la date prévue de votre séjour. Nous comprenons que vos plans peuvent changer et nous nous efforçons de vous offrir la flexibilité nécessaire.

We will respond to you within 48 hours maximum.

Check-In

Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 PM.

However, if you need to settle in earlier, you can request an early check-in by calling us at +33 6 44 05 71 84 or emailing us at contact@loges.fr. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.

Can I drop off my luggage before check-in time?

If you plan to arrive early and wish to drop off your luggage before the check-in time, please call us the day before your arrival so that we can arrange to welcome you accordingly.

How to access my Loge?
  1. To access your Lodge, you’ll first need to open the black gate using the keypad fixed on the Left Pillar.
  2. On the keypad, press “B,” located at the bottom right of “9”. Then enter the code you received by email.
  3. Once the gate is open, enter and immediately after the mailboxes, turn right.
  4. You’ve arrived. The number of the Lodge is on each door.
  5. You will also find a gray box attached to the door containing your key
  6. Enter the “ACCESS CODE” received by email/SMS and simply press the side buttons to open the box and take your key.
When will I receive my access codes?

Access codes will be sent to you by email 24 hours before your arrival, as well as on the day of your arrival.

The access code email is typically sent between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

You will receive a first code that will open the main door of the building, and then a second code to retrieve your key from the key box attached to the door of your Lodge.

ATTENTION: Access codes will be sent only if your reservation has been paid.

If you have not received the access codes, please check that the reservation has been paid and that you have not received a payment reminder in your emails.

Also, remember to check your spam folder.

DURING MY STAY
Breakfast

A hearty breakfast is provided for you in your Lodge.

It includes:

*In your fridge: apple juice, orange juice, milk, jams, butter, oranges, yogurts, cheeses… *In your freezer: croissants, pain au chocolat, and bread to bake in the oven of your Lodge. *Coffee, tea, Nutella, honey, cocoa powder, madeleines are also available for your enjoyment.

WIFI

nce in your Lodge, you have access to an open network, without a password: Guest Loge.

You will also find all the instructions to connect to the WiFi in a booklet located in your Lodge.

Watch TV

Near the TV, you’ll find instructions fixed to the wall.

To watch TV, simply select MOLOTOV TV and click on “Live”.

We also provide access to NETFLIX, DISNEY+, and PRIME VIDEO.

The equipment of my Lodge

We are delighted to inform you that your room is fully equipped to meet all your needs, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay from the moment you arrive.

Bed linens and towels, robot vacuum cleaner, washer-dryer machine, coffee maker and kettle, dishwasher, steamer, cleaning products, and many more are provided for your convenience.

Your Lodge also features heating for the winter and a mobile air conditioner for the summer.

If you require, we can also provide a baby cot and all its essentials.

Theft and damages

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 1240 and 1241, as well as Articles 1952 to 1954 of the Civil Code, it is stipulated that in cases of theft or damage, the host reserves the right to claim damages from their Client. The monetary compensation granted to the traveler is limited to an amount not exceeding the daily rental cost of the room.

We remind our guests that once within the premises, it is imperative to comply with the internal regulations for the well-being and safety of all.

You will find many restaurants near your lodge, especially in rue du Garet, rue du Bat d’argent or rue de l’arbre sec.

We can particularly recommend these 5 restaurants:
– “Au petit bouchon chez Georges”: 8 rue du Garet, 69001, Lyon (friendly Lyonnais Bouchon in a rustic setting offering typical Lyon dishes)
– “Chez Hugon”: 12 rue Pizay, 69001, Lyon (Regional specialties on checkered tablecloths in this Lyon family institution since 1937.)
– “Brasserie Bouillon Baratte”: 25 rue du bat d’argent, 69001, Lyon (real Parisian broth, simple and friendly, open from noon to midnight)
– Léon de Lyon: 1 rue Pleney, 69001, Lyon (a real institution in Lyon, a great chef from Lyon, typical and gourmet cuisine)

AFTER MY STAY

Can I leave my luggage in storage for the day?

 you plan to leave and wish to leave your luggage in the room after your check-out, please contact us the day before your departure so that we can arrange this for you appropriately.
