Payment will be taken automatically 5 days before your arrival from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

In the event of payment failure, an email will be sent to you to update your bank details.

Cancellation of your reservation is possible at no cost up to 5 days before the scheduled date of your stay.

We understand that your plans may change, and we strive to provide you with the necessary flexibility.

Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 PM.

However, if you need to settle in earlier, you can request an early check-in by calling us at +33 6 44 05 71 84 or emailing us at contact@loges.fr. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.

On the day of your arrival, you have the option to drop off your luggage starting from 10:00 AM in the “Lounge,” a space located on the ground floor of the building.

On the day of your departure, you can also leave your luggage in this space for the day.

The access code to this space is the same as the one to enter the building.

1. Enter the “ACCESS CODE” received by email/SMS and push the red door of the building.

2. Go to the end of the hallway and take the stairs located on the RIGHT.

3. Go to the floor corresponding to your Lodge.

4. You have arrived. The number of the Lodge is on each door.

5. You will also find a gray box attached to the door containing your key.

6. Enter the “ACCESS CODE” received by email/SMS and simply press the side buttons to open the box and take your key.

Access codes will be sent to you by email 24 hours before your arrival, as well as on the day of your arrival.

The access code email is typically sent between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

You will receive a first code that will open the main door of the building, and then a second code to retrieve your key from the key box attached to the door of your Lodge.

ATTENTION: Access codes will be sent only if your reservation has been paid.

If you have not received the access codes, please check that the reservation has been paid and that you have not received a payment reminder in your emails.

CGV Les Loges

A hearty breakfast is provided for you in your Lodge.

It includes:

*In your fridge: apple juice, orange juice, milk, jams, butter, oranges, yogurts, cheeses… *In your freezer: croissants, pain au chocolat, and bread to bake in the oven of your Lodge. *Coffee, tea, Nutella, honey, cocoa powder, and madeleines are also available for your enjoyment.

Once in your Lodge, you have access to an open network, without a password: Guest Loge.

You will also find all the instructions to connect to the WiFi in a booklet located in your Lodge.

Near the TV, you’ll find instructions fixed to the wall.

To watch TV, simply select MOLOTOV TV and click on “Live”.

We also provide access to NETFLIX, DISNEY+, and PRIME VIDEO.

We are delighted to inform you that your room is fully equipped to meet all your needs, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay from the moment you arrive.

Bed linens and towels, robot vacuum cleaner, washer-dryer machine, coffee maker and kettle, dishwasher, steamer, cleaning products, and many more are provided for your convenience.

Your Lodge also features heating for the winter and a mobile air conditioner for the summer.

If you require, we can also provide a baby cot and all its essentials.

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 1240 and 1241, as well as Articles 1952 to 1954 of the Civil Code, it is stipulated that in cases of theft or damage, the host reserves the right to claim damages from their Client. The monetary compensation granted to the traveler is limited to an amount not exceeding the daily rental cost of the room.

Old Lyon is full of very pleasant “Bouchons” (typical local restaurant).
Whichever you choose, you won’t be disappointed.

I suggest 4 choices of restaurants within walking distance of the Lodges:
1 – “Chez Grand-Mère”: 11 rue du Boeuf, 69005, Lyon. (Restaurant with old decoration with exposed stone walls, offering traditional homemade dishes and wines).
2 – “Chez Chabert”: 14 quai Romain Rolland (one of the oldest and typical “Bouchon Lyonnais”.)
3 – Aux “3 Maries”: 1 rue des Trois-Maries (very old Lyon cork, very refined.)
4 – Chez Daniel and Denise ST JEAN: 36 rue Tramassac. (Chef Joseph Viola, one of the best worker in France who works with Paul Bocuse. Located 200 meters from the Lodge)

Nearby here are 3 pedestrian streets full of restaurants and bars to spend a pleasant evening
1 – Rue Mercière (near Place des Jacobins)
2 – Rue des Marronniers (near Place Bellecour)
3 – Rue Saint Jean (begins St Jean cathedral)
